Scholarship Programme for Diaspora Children [SPDC]

Under this scheme, the meritorious children of Indonesian citizens of Indian origin and Children of Non-Resident Indians (NRI's) , who fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria, are granted scholarships for their higher studies in India.

The scheme is applicable to the children of the Persons of Indian Origin [PIOs] as also to the Non-Resident Indians [NRIs]. This Scheme is administered by the Educational Consultants India Limited [Ed.CIL] on behalf of the Ministry of Overseas Indians.
